How to create an e-Auction on e-Procure within minuets

  1. First, log in to your Buyer account on e-procure 👉 Log In


  1. on the left sidebar, click on e-Auction


  1. Then click on " Create e-Auction" 👇











  • Follow below step by step guide 👇







  • Fill the required auction info, your reason for buying, budget, type of auction ( for Products or Services), specifications, delivery address and date, category, attachments and much more...










  • Fill the required information for your goal of this auction what do you want to achieve? your target price, your target savings your notes and much more...









  • Define the date and time frame for suppliers to participate in bidding, estimated purchase date, proposed payment option either a full payment or milestone based payments









  • Choose the suppliers, you can choose suppliers from your vendor list, from e-Procure Supplier Network or invite the supplier by email or phone number








  • Finally, review the Auction Summary & Click "Submit Order"




Please Note: if the approval workflow is not predefined in workspace settings, the order will be sent to the supplier directly
